BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Private sessionsPayment

Full payment must be received prior to attending/having the session (online). Payment can be made directly through our website.

Online Coaching

Payment for single (Individual) session: Each individual session cost must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to session commencing.
Where a client pays for a session or sessions in advance they must have the coaching session(s) that they have paid for within 12 months of the payment or their fee is forfeited.

Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel a session with less than 24hrs notice, full payment is required.

Refunds

There are no refunds available on single sessions if cancelled within 24 hours of the session. There are no refunds available on package (program) bookings if cancelled within 24 hours of the first session or at any other time thereafter for the duration of the package. Any unused sessions can be gifted to a friend or family member presuming the individual is deemed suitable to receive coaching services from Spread Your Wings Academy.

CONFIDENTIALITY

During our all online sessions, we will take notes with the clients permission. These notes and everything discussed in the session are private and confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. There are exceptional and rare circumstances beyond the normal boundaries of confidentiality. Where possible the counsellor will seek to discuss these prior to any disclosure or action.

These exceptional and rare circumstances are:

Where a client is at immediate risk of causing serious harm to themselves or others

Where Statutory Law requires disclosure
When the practitioner is subpoenaed or summoned as a witness in a Court of Law
